Stable and reliable on my Android phone. Able to quickly access video on SD card and also fast load of live stream. PTZ action is responsive. My camera is older and does not auto track. Motion detection is reasonable and in my experience errs on the side of capturing more than less movement outdoors. Branches casting shadows are a common catch.

I almost didn't get one of these cameras based on the poor ratings of this app. I took a shot figuring most issues were user related. I'm not trying to say that people generally don't know what they're doing or they expect to much from a fairly cheap camera. My camera and app work flawlessly.....so far. Will update when/if I encounter problems.

Works as expected, is pretty easy to use. The NVR cameras we bought in 2018 plug and play well with this software. The update from April 11, 2023 killed the feeds from the cameras though; the app said "network offline" when I know that wasn't true. I rolled back the app to the previous version and everything works again. I used APK mirror to get the previous version. So if you're having trouble suddenly, try rolling back the update.

Edit: The PC app (Ver EseeCloud_Setup_3.0.3_20200319) is now working with Windows 11. Locking up fixed a while back. So I'm back to 5 stars. I have been using this app for years (since around 2011) and except for a very short time where the app was locking up (which has been fixed now) and that the PC version of the app needs updated to work with Windows 11, I have not had any problems. I don't know why other people are having problems. They might be using a different brand of security cameras than I am. I'm not sure but for over 11 years it has been working for me.

Have had it up for 1 day and no problems at this time. Was super easy to set up. Have not had connection issues like others have complained about, but my house is small and wifi is easily accessible past where my cameras are set up outside. I did not pay for the cloud due to the poor reviews on this app. I will get a cloud subscription if things continue to go well. Will update my experience as I go.
